Quality Assurance

from the initial stage of manufacturing till they finally hit the
market. Only high quality cast iron is used in making these products
and the resultant products are resistant to wear and tear. A number of sophisticated quality
checking instruments are used for checking quality of the products. These include Spectro Maxx (a German spectrometer), microscope, roundness
and cylindricity tester, surface tester, special purpose microscope
VW SPM4, etc. to test various parameters like hardness, surface,
roundness, concentricity, parallelism, coaxiality, squareness &
flatness of the material. The tests are done by a brilliant
team of quality control inspectors who take into account, even the minutest of details to ensure that the products are 100% flawless
and not at all hazardous.
